Cancellation Policy

BOOKING Delivering the best care to you is our priority, and that's why we have a cancellation policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation with. To secure your booking appointment, a deposit of $25 is required, which will be deducted from your session charges. CANCELLATION If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 24 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. LATE ARRIVAL We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule, and the full fee will still apply. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for the next apportionment. NO-SHOW POLICY You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period. Your deposit will be forfeited. EMERGENCY SITUATION In the event of an emergency where a client cannot attend their scheduled appointment within 24 hours, there are two options available. The client may receive a refund or apply the deposit towards a future appointment date. Please note that the final decision on this matter will be made by Heavy Petal Aesthetics.
